Healthy and conscious eating is all the rage. This is no different when it comes to drinks. It's no longer enough to just have Coke, Fanta and the like on the menu. Simply offer your guests homemade lemonades. These are currently very popular because they contain less sugar, more transparent ingredients and are produced more naturally - a healthier alternative to the popular sugar drinks from well-known manufacturers. These refreshing lemonades set you apart from the competition. In matching drinking glasses and beautifully decorated, the trendy drinks will quickly become an eye-catcher in your store.
As a classic homemade lemonade, lemonade is of course a must. It's quick to make, delicious and wonderfully refreshing, especially in summer.
Ingredients:
Preparation: Simply boil half the water with the sugar and salt until the sugar has completely dissolved. Allow to cool and mix with lemon juice and the remaining water. Chill everything and decorate with lemon slices.
The classic lemonade can be further refined as desired: Add lemon balm, dried lavender flowers, rosemary or ginger slices, for example, to add variety to your lemonade range.
Cucumber lemonade is refreshing and healthy. It is quick to prepare and makes a delicious substitute for plain water.
Ingredients:
Preparation: Wash the cucumbers, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Wash and slice the limes. Pour everything together with the agave syrup, lime juice, basil, raspberries and water into a large carafe and stir: The cucumber lemonade is ready.
If you leave out the agave syrup, the lemonade becomes a trendy infused water.
It gets really refreshing in the strawberry season. You can surprise your guests with a delicious strawberry lemonade. This not only tastes wonderful, but also looks great.
Ingredients:
Preparation: First heat the water and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Leave the resulting syrup to cool. Blend the strawberries and mint until a homogeneous liquid is formed. Mix the strawberries with the lemon juice and syrup. Depending on the sweetness of the strawberries, use less or more of the sugar syrup. You can now decorate the lemonade with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices and serve to your guests.
After the strawberry season comes the blueberry season. Simply replace strawberries with blueberries (fresh or frozen) and you'll have a delicious blueberry and mint lemonade on your menu.
This watermelon lemonade is guaranteed to refresh your guests in summer. The lemonade is quick and easy to prepare and can easily be produced in large quantities.
Ingredients:
Preparation: Remove the seeds from the watermelon and cut the flesh into large cubes. Finely blend the watermelon with the remaining ingredients and serve.
Do not mix the watermelon mixture with the water straight away, but pour a few tablespoons of it into a glass when serving and fill it up with water and ice cubes. This will give your guests fresh watermelon lemonade.
Surprise your guests with unusual ice cubes in the lemonade. Depending on the contents, you can simply make your own ice cubes and fill them with herbs, fruit or flowers. This looks beautiful and is sure to delight your guests. Or use frozen fruit puree or ice cubes made from fruit juice to create flavor highlights in the lemonade.
