Sales Representative Benelux at LUSINI

LUSINI is expanding its activities and is looking for a driven and commercially minded professional to strengthen our presence in the Benelux region.

Your Role
In this key position, you will play an important role in our further growth across the Benelux. Your responsibilities include:

Managing and supporting our customer base of restaurant and hotel owners, helping them bring their ideas to life with our broad product range – from porcelain and glassware to workwear and furniture.
Actively approaching and following up with existing customers with growth potential. You excel at building and maintaining long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Conducting needs analyses, providing product advice, and presenting tailored solutions.
Preparing customer-focused quotations and managing the follow-up process.
Maintaining and expanding our customer portfolio, with structured relationship management of our key A and B clients.
Driving campaign sales (by phone and/or during customer visits).
Managing your own budget and reporting directly to the Sales Manager at our Malmö, Sweden office. Regular travel is part of this role.

Profile

Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree, ideally in an economics-related field.
Passionate about the hospitality industry.
Have an extensive network in the hospitality sector and experience with complex customer segments.
Experience in interior design, hospitality, or hotel industry is a strong asset. You can demonstrate proven sales results and have solid CRM knowledge.
Work in a structured and independent manner, with a strong focus on sales figures, market opportunities, and buying behavior. You have a hands-on mentality.
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French and German is a strong advantage.
Hold a valid category B driving license.
Confident, positive, and proactive. You are curious, stay up to date with industry developments, and have an affinity for interior design and trends.

Location
You will primarily visit customers in Belgium, but also in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Our LUSINI office is currently located at Koloniënstraat 11, 1000 Brussels.
