The GN 1/2 base unit is made of solid oak and fitted with an MDF front panel. The sturdy construction ensures a high-quality and natural appearance in the buffet area.

The base tray, made of high-quality plastic, is heat-resistant up to 70 °C. The matching polyethylene cooling pack provides the necessary cooling function.

A solid oak cheese board in 1/2 GN size is available for presentation. An additional groove ensures the roll-top lid is held more securely in place, enabling safe and stable use. The refrigerated display case is covered by the shatterproof Sturgis roll-top lid, made from high-quality Tritan and free from bisphenol A.

The base tray is dishwasher-safe. All other components should be washed by hand as appropriate.
