Optimal heat conduction and dissipation allows very high temperatures to be reached, which is ideal for sauteing, grilling and browning. Dishes remain tender and juicy on the inside, but crispy on the outside. Allows flavors to develop while preserving vitamins and nutrients. Suitable for all types of hobs. The pan must be seasoned before using for the first time. The pan increasingly gains patina as it is used over time, which boosts its natural non-stick properties. This protection ensures a long service life. Not suitable for dishwasher.
