Buffet chilled tray Esino low, GN 1/2, melamine

The Esino chilled tray with a black melamine display top is the ideal buffet and display station for chilled dishes in the catering, hospitality and catering sectors, or in upmarket breakfast areas. It combines high-quality oak, durable plastic and professional presentation materials to create a modern, functional solution for the presentation of chilled dishes.

The base of the chilled serving tray is formed by a flat base box made of solid oak, which guarantees stability and a warm, natural look. A base tray made of high-quality plastic is inserted into the box; this is heat-resistant up to 70 °C and reliably protects the wood from moisture and condensation.

Long-lasting cooling is provided by the matching polyethylene ice pack, which can be easily inserted, removed when required and recharged in the freezer compartment.

The cooling tray is fitted with a black, stackable melamine presentation plate in GN size, which is impact- and break-resistant and can be used at temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +70 °C. The tray is dishwasher-safe and particularly easy to clean, making it ideal for daily use in professional buffets.

Optionally, the cooling tray and the presentation surface can be fitted with a roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels (available separately) to enhance food protection and integrate the cooling tray seamlessly into any buffet or hygiene concept.

Only the melamine presentation tray is dishwasher-safe. All other parts (base box, base tray, ice pack) are not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand.
