Buffet chilled tray Esino low, GN 1/4, melamine

The Esino chilled tray with a black melamine display top is the ideal buffet and display station for chilled dishes in the catering, hospitality and catering sectors, or in upmarket breakfast areas. It combines high-quality oak, durable plastic and professional presentation materials to create a modern, functional solution for the presentation of chilled dishes.

The base of the chilled serving tray is a flat base box made from solid oak, which ensures stability and a warm, natural look. A base tray made of high-quality plastic is inserted into the box; it is heat-resistant up to 70 °C and reliably protects the wood from moisture and condensation.

Long-lasting cooling is provided by the matching polyethylene ice pack, which can be easily inserted, removed when required and recharged in the freezer.

The cooling tray is fitted with a black, stackable melamine presentation plate in GN size, which is impact- and break-resistant and can be used at temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +70 °C. The plate is dishwasher-safe and particularly easy to clean, making it ideal for daily use in professional buffets.

Optionally, the cooling tray can be fitted with labelling boards (sold separately).

Only the melamine presentation tray is dishwasher-safe. All other parts (base unit, base tray, ice pack) are not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand.
