Buffet chilled tray Esino medium, GN 1/2, melamine

The high-quality Esino chilled serving tray for buffets, catering and the hospitality industry impresses with its modular design, high-quality materials and elegant styling. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and offers a space-saving, hygienic and flexible solution for the catering, hospitality and restaurant sectors, as well as for buffet displays.

The chilled serving tray consists of a central base box made from solid oak, which ensures excellent stability and a high-quality, natural look. The system is complemented by a base tray made from high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 7 °C and allows food to be held safely and hygienically. A matching polyethylene ice pack ensures even cooling and reliably keeps sensitive food fresh and ready to serve.

A black, 6.5 cm deep GN container 1/2 made of melamine is included for the professional presentation of food. This container is stackable, shock- and break-resistant, and designed for a temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C. It is therefore ideal for cold dishes, desserts, salads or finger food. The GN container is dishwasher-safe, whilst the other parts of the chilled tray are not suitable for the dishwasher.

Optionally, the Esino chilled food display can be supplemented with a roll-top lid, a hygiene cover and labelling panels to ensure an even more professional, hygienic and well-organised presentation of the food.
