Inside the base box is a precisely fitting base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to +7 °C and ensures the GN container is held securely and hygienically in place. Reliable cooling is provided by the matching ice pack made from robust polyethylene, which keeps food evenly chilled – without the need for a power connection.

The scope of delivery includes a 10 cm deep 1/1 GN container made from 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel, which is rust-proof and specially designed for professional use. The container is stackable and features a practical stacking lug, reinforced corners and edges, and an integrated litre scale for convenient portioning. The GN container is dishwasher-safe and particularly easy to clean and hygienic. All other components of the cooling tray are not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand to preserve their material and appearance in the long term.
