This high-quality Esino chilled serving tray impresses with its sturdy construction, durable materials and a timeless, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and is ideal for the hospitality industry, the hotel sector, catering and buffet settings.

The chilled serving tray consists of a tall base box made from solid oak, combining an elegant appearance with high stability and durability. The system is complemented by a base tray made from high-quality plastic, heat-resistant up to 7 °C, which ensures food is held safely and hygienically. The precisely fitting polyethylene cooling pack ensures even and reliable cooling, so that sensitive foods are kept at the optimum serving temperature.

The set includes three cooling trays made from 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel (GN 1/3, 6.5 cm deep). The trays are rust-proof, particularly robust and designed for continuous professional use. Practical stacking tabs, reinforced corners and edges, and an integrated litre scale make handling, filling and storage easier in everyday kitchen and buffet use. The trays are dishwasher-safe, whilst all other components of the cooling tray are not dishwasher-safe.

Thanks to its modular design, the Esino chilled food tray can be flexibly expanded and customised. A roll-top lid, hygiene cover and labelling panels are available separately and enable a professional, hygienic and clearly organised presentation of food.
