Buffet chilled tray Esino high, 6.5 cm, 2x GN 1/2, melamine

This high-quality Esino chilled serving tray impresses with its sturdy construction, durable materials and a timeless, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and is ideal for the hospitality industry, hotels, catering and buffet settings.

The chilled serving tray consists of a tall base box made from solid oak, which ensures an elegant appearance, excellent stability and a long service life. This is complemented by a base tray made from high-quality plastic, heat-resistant up to 7 °C, which allows food to be held safely and hygienically. The precisely fitting polyethylene cooling insert ensures even and reliable cooling, so that sensitive foods remain at the optimum temperature.

The set includes two black melamine chilled trays (GN 1/2, 6.5 cm deep). The trays are stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and suitable for a temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C. They are dishwasher-safe, whilst all other components of the cooling tray should be washed by hand.

Thanks to its modular design, the Esino chilled display unit can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. A roll-top cover, hygiene guard and labelling panels are available separately, enabling a professional, hygienic and clearly organised presentation of food.
