Buffet chilled tray Esino low, 2x GN 1/4, two-tier, melamine

This high-quality, two-tier Esino chilled serving tray for buffets and catering impresses with its modular construction, durable materials and an elegant, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional, space-saving presentation of chilled food on two levels and is ideal for the catering, hospitality, catering and buffet sectors.

The chilled serving tray consists of two flat base units made from solid oak in GN size 1/4, which ensure a high-quality appearance, excellent stability and secure sturdiness. The system is complemented by two base trays made from high-quality plastic, which are heat-resistant up to 7 °C and ensure hygienic food storage. Two precisely fitting polyethylene ice packs ensure even cooling on both levels and reliably keep sensitive food fresh and ready to serve.

Two black melamine presentation plates in GN size 1/4 are included for serving food. These trays are stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and suitable for a temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C. They are dishwasher-safe, whilst all other components of the chilled tray should be washed by hand.

The supplied interlocking panels enable quick and straightforward assembly by simply slotting the individual parts together – without the need for any tools. This allows the two-tier chilled display tray to be assembled flexibly and, if required, dismantled just as easily.

Thanks to its modular design, the Esino chiller tray can be customised as required. A roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels are available separately and ensure a professional, hygienic and well-organised presentation of the food.
