The Titanium Professional frying pan from HENDI has been specially developed for professional and demanding use. Thanks to its high-quality hard cast aluminium, this pan offers outstanding thermal conductivity and is ready for use in no time. Ideal for even frying, energy-efficient cooking and perfect results.

The cast aluminium ensures rapid and even heat distribution. A titanium layer is incorporated between the aluminium body and the non-stick coating. This innovative double-layer process significantly extends the pan’s lifespan and offers additional protection against scratches and wear.

The durable Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating is heat-resistant up to 250 °C and allows for low-fat frying without food sticking. At the same time, the pan is particularly easy to clean, making it ideal for everyday use in the kitchen and in the catering industry.

The ergonomic handle, made from 18/10 stainless steel, stays pleasantly cool even at high temperatures and ensures safe handling. The pan is food-safe and designed for professional use.

The Titanium Professional frying pan is suitable for use on gas, electric and ceramic hobs.

Not suitable for: induction hobs and ovens. Not dishwasher-safe.
