Grapefruit elderflower cocktail (non-alcoholic)
Ingredients for one cocktail:
6 cl grapefruit juice
2 cl elderflower syrup
Tonic water for topping up
Fresh mint
Preparation:
Mix the grapefruit juice with the elderflower syrup, pour into a glass with ice cubes and top up with the tonic water. Decorate with fresh mint and serve. Tastes best with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice!
Pimp it with 2 cl vodka for an alcoholic version! Cheers!
Limoncello gin fizz
Ingredients for one cocktail:
6 cl gin
3 cl limoncello
3 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
1cl sugar syrup
2 sprigs of fresh mint or thyme, for garnish
Sparkling water, to top up
Preparation:
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the gin, limoncello, sugar syrup and and lime juice.
Strain into a glass with ice cubes and top with mineral water. Add sprigs of mint and thyme for decoration! Cheers!
Pink Paloma
Ingredients for one cocktail:
5 cl white tequila
15 cl grapefruit lemonade
1 lime
Some salt
Fresh grapefruit for decoration
Preparation:
Wet the rim of a tumbler with a piece of lime and dip it in salt. Fill the glass with ice and add tequila and the fresh lime juice. Top with pink grapefruit lemonade and garnish with fresh grapefruit! Cheers!
