The Esino chilled tray with cheese board is the perfect solution for the sophisticated buffet presentation of cheese, cold cuts or small snacks. It combines natural oak, a high-quality plastic insert and an efficient cooling pack into an elegant, functional unit that is ideal for the hospitality industry, hotels, catering or private use.

The base consists of a flat box made from solid oak, which impresses with its stability, durable quality and a warm, high-quality appearance. A base tray made from robust plastic is inserted into the box; it is heat-resistant up to 70 °C and reliably protects the wood from moisture.

The precisely fitting cooling pack ensures food is kept at the optimum temperature; it can be easily inserted and removed as required. The oak cheese board completes the presentation and allows cheese or cold cuts to be served in an attractive and hygienic manner directly on the cooling tray.

To customise the cooling tray, a matching roll-top cover, a hygiene cover and labelling boards are available separately, allowing the station to be flexibly integrated into any buffet or hygiene concept.

None of the parts are dishwasher-safe and should be cleaned with a damp cloth to maintain the quality of the materials in the long term.
