Buffet chilled tray Esino low, GN 2/4, melamine

The Esino chilled display tray combines functional cooling technology with a high-quality, natural appearance and is the ideal solution for the attractive presentation of chilled dishes in the catering, hospitality and retail sectors.

The flat base box, made from solid oak, forms the sturdy foundation of the chilled serving tray and impresses with its warm, elegant appearance. It blends harmoniously into modern buffet and presentation concepts and creates a high-quality overall impression.

Inside the base box sits a precisely fitting base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to +7 °C and allows the presentation plate to be held securely and hygienically. Reliable cooling is provided by the matching ice pack made of robust polyethylene, which ensures a consistent temperature – without the need for a power connection.

The chilled tray is supplied with a black melamine presentation plate in GN dimensions. The tray is stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and designed for a wide temperature range from -30 °C to +70 °C. It is also dishwasher-safe, making it particularly easy to clean and hygienic for everyday use.

All other components of the cooling tray are not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand.

For additional functionality and customisation, the Esino chilled display tray can be optionally expanded. A matching roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels are available separately, allowing flexible adaptation to different presentation and hygiene concepts.
