Buffet chilled tray Esino low, 2x GN 1/2, melamine

The Esino chilled tray impresses with its successful combination of natural design, functional quality and professional catering suitability. It is ideal for the attractive presentation of chilled dishes in buffet areas, in the catering industry, in the hotel sector or in retail.

At the heart of the chilled serving tray is the flat base box made from high-quality oak, which creates a warm, modern look thanks to its natural appearance and blends harmoniously into a wide variety of presentation concepts. The precisely fitting base tray, made from robust plastic, is heat-resistant up to +70 °C and provides a stable and hygienic base for everyday use.

Constant cooling is ensured by the matching ice pack made from durable polyethylene, which reliably keeps food fresh – without the need for a power connection. The set is complemented by two black melamine presentation plates in GN size 1/2. These are stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and designed for a temperature range of -30 °C to +70 °C. The presentation trays are also dishwasher-safe, making cleaning particularly convenient.

All other components of the cooling tray should be washed by hand to preserve the material and appearance in the long term.

For maximum flexibility, the Esino chilled display tray can be optionally expanded: a roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels are available separately, allowing for customisation to suit different applications and hygiene requirements.
