Buffet chilled tray Esino medium, GN 1/1, melamine

The high-quality Esino chilled serving tray for buffets, catering and the hospitality industry stands out thanks to its elegant design, modular construction and durable materials. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and offers a space-saving, flexible and hygienic solution for the catering, hospitality and hotel sectors, as well as for buffet displays.

The chilled tray consists of a base made from solid oak, which ensures stability and a high-quality, natural look. The system is complemented by a base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 7 °C and allows food to be held safely and hygienically. A matching polyethylene ice pack ensures even cooling, so that sensitive foods remain at the optimum temperature and stay fresh.

A black, 6.5 cm deep 1/1 GN melamine container is included for the professional presentation of food. This container is stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and is designed for a temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C. This makes it ideal for serving cold dishes, desserts or finger food. The GN container is dishwasher-safe, whilst the other parts of the chilled serving trolley are not dishwasher-safe.

Optionally, the Esino chilled food tray can be upgraded with a roll-top lid, a hygiene cover and labelling panels to ensure an even more professional, hygienic and clearly organised presentation of the food.
