The high-quality Esino chilled serving tray for buffets, catering and the hospitality industry impresses with its robust construction, durable materials and an elegant, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and offers a space-saving and hygienic solution for the catering, hospitality, catering and buffet sectors.

The chilled serving tray consists of a central base made from solid oak, which ensures stability, a high-quality appearance and secure sturdiness. The system is complemented by a base tray made from high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 7 °C and allows food to be held hygienically. A matching polyethylene ice pack ensures even cooling and reliably maintains sensitive foods at the optimum serving temperature.

The GN container is dishwasher-safe, whilst the other parts of the chilled food tray are not suitable for the dishwasher. Optionally, the Esino cooling tray can be upgraded with a roll-top lid, a hygiene cover and labelling panels to enable an even more professional, hygienic and clearly organised presentation of the food.
