Buffet chilled tray Esino medium, 2x GN 1/2, melamine

The high-quality Esino chilled serving tray for buffets, catering and the hospitality industry impresses with its modular construction, durable materials and stylish design. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and offers a flexible, space-saving and hygienic solution for the catering, hospitality, catering and buffet sectors.

The chilled serving tray consists of a central base made from solid oak, which ensures stability, a high-quality appearance and long-lasting use. The system is complemented by a base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 7 °C and ensures food is stored hygienically. Two precisely fitting polyethylene ice packs ensure even cooling and reliably keep delicate food fresh and ready to serve.

Two black 1/2 GN melamine containers, 6.5 cm deep, are included for presenting the food. These containers are stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and suitable for a temperature range from –30 °C to +70 °C. They are ideal for cold dishes, desserts, finger food or salads. The GN containers are dishwasher-safe, whilst the remaining parts of the chilled serving trolley should be washed by hand.

Optionally, the Esino chilled display tray can be enhanced with a roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels to ensure an even more professional, hygienic and well-organised presentation of the food.
