Buffet chilled tray Esino medium, 3x GN 1/3, melamine

The high-quality Esino chilled tray for buffets, catering and the hospitality industry impresses with its modular construction, durable materials and stylish, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and offers a flexible, space-saving and hygienic solution for the catering, hospitality, catering and buffet sectors.

The chilled food tray consists of a central base made of solid oak, which ensures stability, a high-quality appearance and durability. The system is complemented by a base tray made from high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 7 °C and allows food to be stored hygienically. Three precisely fitting polyethylene ice packs ensure even cooling, so that sensitive foods are kept at the optimum temperature and remain fresh.

Three black 1/3 GN melamine containers, 6.5 cm deep, are included for presenting the food. These containers are stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and suitable for a temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C. They are ideal for cold dishes, desserts, finger food or salads. The GN containers are dishwasher-safe, whilst the remaining parts of the chilled tray should be washed by hand.

Optionally, the Esino chilled display tray can be supplemented with a roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels to ensure an even more professional, hygienic and well-organised presentation of the food.
