Buffet chilled tray Esino medium, 2x GN 1/2, stainless steel

The high-quality Esino chilled serving tray for buffets, catering and the hospitality industry impresses with its modular design, durable materials and an elegant, natural look. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and offers a space-saving, hygienic and flexible solution for the catering, hospitality, catering and buffet sectors.

The chilled food tray consists of a central base box made from solid oak, which ensures high stability, an elegant appearance and secure sturdiness. The system is complemented by a base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 7 °C and ensures hygienic food storage. Two precisely fitting polyethylene ice packs ensure even cooling and reliably maintain sensitive foods at the optimum serving temperature.

For the professional presentation of food, two stackable 1/2 GN containers made from 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel are included. These containers are rust-proof, durable and extremely robust. With reinforced corners and edges, practical stacking tabs for space-saving stacking and an integrated litre scale, they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. The GN containers are dishwasher-safe, whilst the remaining parts of the chilled display tray are not suitable for the dishwasher.

Optionally, the Esino chilled display can be upgraded with a roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels to enable an even more professional, hygienic and well-organised presentation of the food.
