Buffet chilled tray Esino low, GN 2x 1/1, two-tier, melamine

The two-tier Esino chilled display tray with a black melamine display top is a modular, space-saving solution for professional buffet presentation. It combines solid oak, durable plastic, impact-resistant melamine panels and an efficient cooling system, enabling chilled food to be presented on two levels in an attractive, hygienic and safe manner.

The design consists of two flat base units made of oak, which are stacked securely on top of one another. Each level is fitted with a base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 70 °C and protects the wood from moisture and condensation.

Cooling is provided by two precisely fitting polyethylene ice packs, which can be easily inserted, removed when required and re-frozen in the freezer compartment. Each tier features a black, stackable melamine presentation tray in GN size 1/1, which is impact- and break-resistant and suitable for use at temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +70 °C. These trays are dishwasher-safe and particularly easy to clean, making them ideal for daily buffet use.

The included slotted panels allow for quick, tool-free assembly of the two tiers. The chilled tray is supplied flat-packed and can be assembled in just a few simple steps.

A roll-top cover, hygiene guard and labelling panels can be purchased separately as optional extras to customise the chilled display tray to suit specific buffet and hygiene requirements.

Only the melamine display trays are dishwasher-safe. All other components (base units, base trays, ice packs) are not dishwasher-safe and should be cleaned with a damp cloth.
