The Esino refrigerated tray in its tall version impresses with its sturdy construction, durable materials and a timeless, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and is ideal for the catering, hospitality and buffet sectors.

The refrigerated display unit consists of a tall base unit made from solid oak, combining an elegant appearance with high stability and durability. This is complemented by a base tray made from high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 7 °C and allows food to be held safely and hygienically. The precisely fitting polyethylene cooling pack ensures even cooling and reliably maintains sensitive foods at the optimum serving temperature.

The set includes a 1/1 GN container made from 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel with a depth of 6.5 cm. The container is rust-proof, extremely robust and designed for continuous professional use. Practical stacking lugs, reinforced corners and edges, and an integrated litre scale make handling, filling and storage easier in everyday kitchen and buffet use. The GN container is dishwasher-safe and therefore particularly hygienic and easy to clean. All other components of the refrigerated display cabinet are not dishwasher-safe.

Thanks to its modular design, the Esino refrigerated display cabinet can be flexibly expanded. A matching roll-top cover, a hygiene shield and labelling panels are available separately and enable a professional, clearly organised and hygienic presentation of food.
