This high-quality Esino chilled serving tray impresses with its sturdy construction, durable materials and a timeless, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and is ideal for the restaurant, hotel and catering sectors, as well as for buffet settings.

The chilled serving tray consists of a tall base box made of solid oak, which ensures an elegant appearance, excellent stability and a long service life. This is complemented by a base tray made from high-quality plastic, heat-resistant up to 7 °C, which allows food to be held safely and hygienically. The precisely fitting polyethylene ice pack ensures even and reliable cooling, so that sensitive foods remain at the optimum temperature.

The package includes a black chilled serving tray made of robust melamine (GN 1/1, 6.5 cm deep). The tray is stackable, impact- and break-resistant, and suitable for a temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C. It is dishwasher-safe, whilst all other components of the cooling tray should be washed by hand.

Thanks to its modular design, the Esino chilled display tray can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. A roll-top lid, hygiene cover and labelling panels are available separately and enable a professional, hygienic and clearly organised presentation of food.
