The Esino shell display is an elegant and functional solution for the stylish presentation of dishes, desserts or small snacks in the hospitality, hotel and catering sectors. The display is based on a GN 1/1-sized base unit made of solid oak, which offers a warm, natural look whilst being sturdy and durable. On top of this base box sits a base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 70 °C and suitable for flexible use with both hot and cold dishes. For cold dishes, the matching polyethylene ice pack keeps the food fresh and perfectly complements the presentation.
The solid oak bowl insert, designed for bowls with a diameter of 14 cm, completes the display and stylishly showcases every meal. The wooden parts of the display can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth but are not dishwasher-safe, ensuring that their natural appearance is preserved over the long term.
