The precisely fitting base tray, made from high-quality plastic, is heat-resistant up to +7 °C and ensures that GN containers are held securely and hygienically in place. Cooling is provided by the matching polyethylene ice pack, which reliably keeps food fresh – without the need for a power connection.

All other components should be washed by hand to preserve the material and appearance in the long term.
