Buffet chilled tray Esino high, 10 cm, 3x GN 1/3, melamine

The Esino refrigerated tray in its tall version impresses with its sturdy construction, high-quality materials and a timeless, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and is ideal for use in the catering, hospitality, catering and buffet sectors.

The refrigerated display unit consists of a tall base unit made from solid oak, which not only lends it an elegant appearance but also ensures high stability and durability. The system is complemented by a base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 7 °C and allows food to be held securely. The precisely fitting polyethylene cooling pack ensures even and reliable cooling, so that sensitive foods remain at the optimum temperature.

The package includes three black 1/3 GN containers made of robust melamine, each 10 cm deep. The GN containers are stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and designed for a temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C. They are dishwasher-safe, making them particularly easy to clean and hygienic – ideal for intensive use in a professional environment. All other components of the refrigerated display cabinet are not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand.
