This high-quality Esino chilled serving tray impresses with its sturdy construction, first-class materials and a timeless, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and is ideal for the hospitality industry, hotels, catering and buffet settings.

The chilled serving tray consists of a tall base box made from solid oak, combining an elegant appearance with excellent stability and durability. The system is complemented by a base tray made from high-quality plastic, heat-resistant up to 7 °C, which ensures food is held securely and hygienically. The precisely fitted polyethylene cooling pack ensures even and reliable cooling, so that sensitive foods remain at the optimum temperature.

The scope of delivery includes two cooling trays made from 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel (GN 1/2, 6.5 cm deep). The trays are rust-proof, extremely robust and designed for continuous professional use. Practical stacking lugs, reinforced corners and edges, and an integrated litre scale make handling and organisation easier at the buffet or in the kitchen. The trays are dishwasher-safe, whilst all other components of the cooling tray are not suitable for the dishwasher.

Thanks to its modular design, the Esino chilled food tray can be customised to suit your needs. A roll-top cover, hygiene guard and labelling panels are available separately, enabling a professional, hygienic and clearly organised presentation of the food.
