Buffet chilled tray Esino low, GN 1/1, two-tier, stainless steel

The two-tier Esino chilled display tray is a modular and space-saving solution for the chilled presentation of food in buffet, hospitality and catering settings. Thanks to its two-tiered design, it offers double the presentation space whilst taking up the same floor space, and combines natural oak, high-quality stainless steel and an efficient cooling system in a modern, professional design.

The structure consists of two flat base units made of solid oak, which are stably stacked one on top of the other. Each level features a base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 70 °C and reliably protects the wood from moisture and condensation.

Two precisely fitted polyethylene ice packs ensure even and long-lasting cooling; they can be easily inserted, removed and recharged in the freezer compartment. Each tier is fitted with a stackable presentation tray made from 18/8 chrome-nickel stainless steel in GN dimensions, enabling the hygienic and professional presentation of chilled food.

The supplied plug-in panels ensure quick, tool-free assembly by simply slotting the individual components together. The chilled tray is supplied flat-packed and is ready for use in just a few simple steps.

For customisation, a matching roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels are available separately, allowing the chilled tray to be optimally adapted to different buffet and hygiene requirements.

The presentation plates are dishwasher-safe. All other components are not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand.
