Buffet chilled tray Esino low, GN 1/1 + 2/4, two-tier, melamine

This high-quality, two-tier Esino chilled food tray impresses with its modular construction, durable materials and a stylish, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional, space-saving presentation of chilled food on two levels and is ideal for the hospitality industry, hotels, catering and buffet settings.

The chilled serving tray consists of two flat base units made of solid oak – one flat base unit in GN size 1/1 and one flat base unit in GN size 2/4. They offer a high-quality appearance, excellent stability and secure sturdiness. The system is complemented by two base trays made from high-quality plastic, heat-resistant up to 7 °C, which allow for hygienic food storage. Two precisely fitting polyethylene ice packs ensure even and reliable cooling on both levels.

Two black melamine presentation trays are included for serving food – one in GN size 1/1 and one in GN size 2/4. The trays are stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and suitable for a temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C. They are dishwasher-safe, whilst all other components of the cooling tray are not dishwasher-safe.

The supplied plug-in panels allow for quick and easy assembly by simply slotting the individual components together – no tools required. The two-tier chilled food display can be set up flexibly and dismantled just as easily when required.

Thanks to the modular system, the Esino chilled food display can be customised to suit your needs. A roll-top cover, hygiene guard and labelling panels are available separately and ensure a professional, hygienic and well-organised presentation of the food.
