Buffet chilled tray Esino low, 2x GN 1/2, two-tier, melamine

This high-quality, two-tier Esino chilled food tray impresses with its modular construction, durable materials and an elegant, natural design. It has been specially developed for the professional, space-saving presentation of chilled food on two levels and is ideal for the hospitality industry, hotels, catering and buffets.

The chilled food tray consists of two flat base units made of solid oak (GN 1/2), which ensure a high-quality appearance, excellent stability and secure sturdiness. The system is complemented by two base trays made of high-quality plastic, heat-resistant up to 7 °C, which allow food to be held hygienically. Two precisely fitting polyethylene ice packs ensure even cooling on both levels and reliably maintain sensitive food at the optimum serving temperature.

Two black melamine presentation plates (GN 1/2) are included for serving the food. These plates are stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and suitable for a temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C. They are dishwasher-safe, whilst all other components of the cooling tray should be washed by hand.

The supplied plug-in panels enable quick assembly by simply slotting the individual parts together – without the need for any tools. This allows the two-tier chilled display tray to be set up flexibly and dismantled just as easily when required.

Thanks to its modular design, the Esino chilled display can be customised as required. A roll-top cover, hygiene guard and labelling panels are available separately and ensure a professional, hygienic and well-organised presentation of the food.
