Buffet chilled tray Esino high + low GN 1/1, two-tier, stainless steel

The two-tier Esino chilled display tray is a high-quality, modular presentation solution for chilled food in buffets, restaurants and catering settings. It combines natural oak, professional-grade stainless steel and an efficient cooling system to form a stylish and functional unit – ideal for breakfast buffets, starters, desserts, cold cuts, fruit or other cold dishes.

The chilled display tray consists of one tall base unit and one flat base unit, each made from solid oak, which together form a sturdy, two-tiered structure. Two precisely fitting base trays made from high-quality plastic (heat-resistant up to +70 °C) reliably protect the wood from moisture and condensation.

Long-lasting cooling performance is ensured by two precisely fitting polyethylene ice packs, which can be easily inserted and removed as required. The lower section features a 10 cm deep 1/1 GN container made of 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel.

The upper level is fitted with a stackable display tray made from 18/8 chrome-nickel stainless steel in GN size 1/1 and is ideal for a clear and attractive presentation of goods.

Thanks to the supplied slotted panels, assembly is quick, tool-free and involves simply slotting the individual components together.

Optionally, the Esino chilled tray can be fitted with a roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels (available separately) to adapt it perfectly to individual buffet and hygiene requirements.

The GN container is dishwasher-safe. All other components of the chilled display tray are not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand to maintain their quality.
