This is how it works
1. Product selection
Almost all products from VEGA, ERWIN M., JOBELINE and PULSIVA can be personalized. Choose your favorite and make a note of the item number.
2. Logo, motif or lettering
To ensure optimum quality of the decoration, we require vectorized data (*.ai, *.eps). These files allow the motif to be scaled as required and ensure a clean branding result. Send us your vector file to service.int@lusini.com or we can also create one for you free of charge.
3. Placement
Your logo can be branded in various places. The specific placement of the personalization depends on the item. Please contact us, we will be happy to advise you.
4. Advice

Laser branding
Laser branding is possible on stainless steel, wood, natural slate and plastic. For example, cutlery, place cards, stainless steel trays, wooden menu, gourmet pallets, door hangers, thermos flasks or bottle coolers can be customized
During laser branding, a high-precision laser beam removes the uppermost material layers of the textile and thus draws your logo or lettering into the surface. No matter whether typeface or picture, whether small and precise or large area: With laser technology everything is possible.
Laser branding or laser engraving is permanent, forgery-proof and clearly legible. Whether on metal, plastic or even wood: The laser engraving is suitable for many materials and applications.
In order for us to brand your logo, a program must first be created from the logo template. Setup costs occur per order for this effort. These setup costs also include the cost of converting the machine, e.g. for setting up the machine or changing the colors used. Because this conversion is necessary anew with each order, the setup costs arise per order.
On request, you will receive a free pre-deduction in case of order prior to the final production release, which means a preview of your logo on the product. This subtraction will be sent to you as a digital file. In fact, it will not be branded until you have released the order.
Usually we produce branded products within four to six weeks. For the production time, the stock of goods, the order clarity and the release of the order play an important role.
Customized goods are excluded from exchange. Of course, we acknowledge qualitative complaints concerning the carrier product.
We are also happy to produce individual pieces. However, since fixed costs (setup costs) occur per order, a larger order quantity is recommended.
