Screen printing
In screen printing, the ink is printed onto the menus through a thin, screen-like mesh. A stencil is used to determine the areas to be printed. Screen printing is particularly impressive due to its color intensity and durability.
Embossing
During embossing, a pattern is embossed into the menu (0.1 mm deep) using an embossing cliché stamp. A color enhancement of the print with one color is possible. This process is considered a visual enhancement of the menus.

This is how it works
1. Product selection
Almost all products from VEGA, ERWIN M., JOBELINE and PULSIVA can be personalized. Choose your favorite and make a note of the item number.
2. Logo, motif or lettering
To ensure optimum quality of the decoration, we require vectorized data (*.ai, *.eps). These files allow the motif to be scaled as required and ensure a clean branding result. Send us your vector file to service.int@lusini.com or we can also create one for you free of charge.
3. Color selection
The colors gold, silver, white and black are available. Printing in other colors is also possible on request.
4. Placement
Your logo can be placed in various locations. The specific placement of the personalization depends on the item.

Printing and embossing on menus and bill presenters
Most suitable for customizing are the imitation leather menu Aragon (e.g. SKU 10059674) and the menu Softcover Parksville (e.g. SKU 30026712). If you would like to have a different menu customized, just give us a call and we will clarify your request.
When embossing, the logo is created on a cliché stamp and then embossed with color (gold, silver, white or black) 0.1 mm deep in the menu. In addition, a blind embossing is possible, which means it is embossed without color.
When screen printing, the logo is printed in one color on the menu.
The production time is about four weeks, if goods are in stock and order is clear.
