- Lead Time
Lead times depend on the printing method, order quantity and selected product. They can range from one to five months, with the longest lead times applying to Eco Fresh products due to the specific requirements for personalising products carrying the EU Ecolabel.

1. Product Selection
Choose from selected products within the V-Touch cosmetics collections. Personalisation is currently available for the following collections: Fresh Relax, Alpine Pure, Contrast, Oliva Pure and Eco Fresh.
2. Logo Artwork
To ensure the best possible print quality for your personalised label, we require a vector artwork file. Alternatively, high-resolution artwork can be supplied as a .jpg or .pdf file with a minimum resolution of 120 dpi and a file size of at least 300 KB. Please send your logo artwork to: service.int@lusini.com.
If you would like a completely new label design created for your product, please contact our personalisation specialists.

Which Printing Method Is Used for Your Label?
Your personalised bottle labels are produced using either offset printing or hot foil stamping. The most suitable printing method depends on your chosen label design and the desired visual finish.
Information about Print Colours
The number of colours available may vary depending on the product. Special colours and finishes, including gold, silver, glitter and matte effects, are available on request. Labels for 5-litre refill containers are generally printed in black on a white background.
Special Requirements for V-Touch Eco Fresh Labels Due to the EU Ecolabel
The V-Touch Eco Fresh collection is certified with the EU Ecolabel, the official environmental label of the European Union. When personalising products carrying the EU Ecolabel, all artwork and supporting documentation must be submitted for approval before production can begin. This approval process typically takes a minimum of three months. As a result, the lead time for personalised Eco Fresh products is approximately five months.
