The Westmark Extracta - Black Edition is much more than a classic garlic or onion press. It has been developed for multifunctional use in the professional kitchen - robust, ergonomic and versatile.
The appliance processes onions and garlic effortlessly and is particularly efficient thanks to the insert sieve. The Extracta also has integrated functional elements on the handle for use as an olive destoner, nutcracker or fish scaler.
