This is how it works
1. Product selection
Almost all products from VEGA, ERWIN M., JOBELINE and PULSIVA can be personalized. Choose your favorite and make a note of the item number.
2. Logo, motif or lettering
To ensure optimum quality of the decoration, we require vectorized data (*.ai, *.eps). These files allow the motif to be scaled as required and ensure a clean branding result. Send us your vector file to service.int@lusini.com or we can also create one for you free of charge.
3. Placement
Your logo can be engraved in various places. The specific placement of the personalization depends on the item.
4. Advice

Logo engraving on glass
Glass can be customized by printing or engraving. Engraving has the distinct advantage of changing the material itself during this process, without additives of colorants or chemicals. As a result, the laser engraving is durable for life, dishwasher safe and resistant to UV rays.
For glass printing, the glass surface is printed with a high resolution (1440 dpi) according to your color specifications (Pantone or HKS color). In order for us to realize the desired color, we need the Pantone or HKS color number of this color. This results in a variety of design options with a printing that is durable up to 1000 rinses.
Also possible is a printing in combination with a filling line.
Glasses, decanters, wine glasses, etc. can be engraved on the outer surface at the bottom, top or center.
In order for us to engrave your logo, a program must first be created from the logo template. Setup costs occur per order for this effort. These setup costs also include the cost of converting the machine, e.g. for setting up the machine or changing the colors used. Because this conversion is necessary anew with each order, the setup costs arise per order.
On request, you will receive a free pre-deduction in case of order prior to the final production release, that means a preview of your logo on the product. This subtraction will be sent to you as a digital file. In fact, it will not be engraved until you have released the order.
Usually we produce customized glasses within four to six weeks. For the prodcution time, the stock of goods, the order clarity and the release of the order play an important role.
Customized goods are excluded from exchange. Of course, we acknowledge qualitative complaints concerning the carrier product.
We are also happy to produce individual pieces. However, since fixed costs (setup costs) occur per order, a larger order quantity is recommended. In addition, it can be breakage during the refinement of your products, so there is the possibility of underdelivery. Please note this with your order quantity.
