Caramelized asparagus with strawberries and vanilla ice cream
Ingredient list
Caramelized asparagus
150 g white asparagus
60 g strawberries
10 g butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp orange juice
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Sugar, salt, mint, physalis
How to do it:
- Peel the asparagus and cut into diagonal slices. Wash the strawberries, pluck them and cut into quarters or eighths.
- Heat butter in a pan, add sugar and let it caramelize, deglaze with orange juice and reduce slightly. Add asparagus and let caramelize slightly. Add strawberries.
- Arrange strawberries, vanilla ice cream and asparagus on a plate. Garnish with mint and physalis.
