Usually, a buffet display case is composed of a basic box, a tray with a cooling tray, and a cover hood. The cover hood is made of transparent acrylic glass, and the tray is made of chrome-nickel stainless steel. If you do not need a cooling function, various buffet platters can also serve as a base for the cover hood.

Function

• Buffet display cases with refrigeration:
  The stainless steel tray is placed on the cooling tray including cooling batteries and easily cools fruit, salad and cheese. The same model can be used without battery and cooling tray.

• Doored display cases:
  The lids or hoods are placed on the tray or base plate and can be easily opened or closed by hand. Display cases with door can be easily opened by the guests themselves in the self-service area and make it easier to take out the delicacies.

Shape

Depending on the space requirement or system, you can find the hoods and base plates in both round, oblong or square.

How do I clean buffet display cases?

The sturdy and transparent acrylic of the cover is impact resistant, but not dishwasher safe. The stainless steel base plates or trays are also characterized by robustness and ease of use, but can be cleaned by staff in the dishwasher at any time without any problems.

• Cooling accumulators & Warming accumulators: To keep the savory bites fresh and the chocolate crisp, our cooling accumulators perform well. They find their place in the presentation plates of the glass display cases. Keeping food warm is also possible in a relaxed manner via so-called warming plates, which are used in transport boxes or buffet systems.
